As part of our crash course timetable we are offering a rookie crash course covering the RLSS Rookie Lifeguard Bronze, Silver and Gold awards. This will teach basic self rescue, water safety and water rescue techniques.
***Rookie lifeguard lessons are subject to a minimum ability of 50m non-stop swimming prior to the first lesson***
